Go Indie | Adopt Don't Shop

I have always had a soft corner for Indian street dogs. Be it little pups with the dreamiest of eyes, or the adult dogs who refuse to grow up, I love all furries out there. No matter how tough their lives have been, Indian street dogs will welcome you with all the warmth in their hearts, they will still carry a sparkle in their eyes. People who can't look beyond the 'street dog”' in them, don't know what they are missing out here!
Here are few of my favourite rescue cases that I have been involved with lately. Even though life has brought them down couple of times, these tough indies refuse to give up! All these beautiful stories are a reminder that every dog deserves a family, a home that they can call their own, a place where they will be adored and looked after, humans that will make sure they never sleep without a meal again.

Summer Streetstyle: Off-Shoulder Crop Top + Mom Jeans (ft. ROMWE)

One of the biggest trends right now is the off-shoulder. It is all you need to be on the top of the style ladder this season!

As my  focus shifts towards minimal street style with each passing year, my evolving style demands for incorporation of new trends in subtle manners, while still being edgy and making a statement. This is what makes it hard for me to pick pieces for my wardrobe without spending hours in the mall or online stores.

Last month during an online shopping spree, I decided to browse through romwe's new collection and this knitted off- shoulder crop top caught my attention. To be honest, you guys, I hardly had anything off-shoulder before I introduced this to my wardrobe! Besides being a statement piece, this off-shoulder top from Romwe is chic and edgy- both at the same time.

I teamed this crop top with a pair of relaxed, mid-waisted mom jeans from Miss Bennett, London (available at Jabong), casual platforms from Steve Madden and I just couldn't resist adding my favorite cap from Zara Man (it adds to the edginess, right?).

Romwe has a fabulous collection of fashion- forward pieces inspired by International Streetstyles, and I am so glad to have discovered it. Can't wait to update my wardrobe!
